We are currently hiring for a talented Fleet Coordinator, which will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a company's fleet of vehicles. This includes overseeing vehicle maintenance, tracking and scheduling repairs, managing fuel efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing overall fleet performance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement a proactive maintenance schedule for all fleet vehicles.
  • Coordinate regular inspections and servicing to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each vehicle, including service history, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure that all fleet operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting fleet management and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions.
