Job summary

Al Masaood in Abu Dhabi seeks a Fleet Coordinator to be the primary contact for vehicle registration, leasing administration, and government-related vehicle processes. You will coordinate with Abu Dhabi Police, RTA, and other authorities to ensure compliant, timely handling of registrations, fines, permits, and customer requests.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in fleet coordination, vehicle registration, leasing, or automotive administration.
• Hands-on experience with RTA systems and traffic-related government platforms.
• Strong communication, customer service, and critical thinking skills.
• Automotive, vehicle leasing, or rental industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory; English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle registrations, renewals, ownership transfers, and leasing-related documentation.
• Retrieve, track, process, and reconcile traffic fines through AD Police and RTA systems.
• Coordinate with traffic departments and government entities for vehicle-related transactions.
• Manage Salik, Darb, permits, and traffic code compliance.
• Handle customer communications regarding fines, registrations, and related services.
• Monitor and resolve issues affecting company traffic codes, vehicle files, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
