Job Description
  • Assist with day-to-day fleet data entry, vehicle tracking, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, service, fuel logs, and insurance documents.
  • Support the accounts team with data entry, invoice uploads, and reconciliation using Zoho Books.
  • Help monitor and update vehicle expense reports.
  • Coordinate with the operations and accounting departments for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure all digital records are up-to-date and filed correctly.
  • Generate basic reports for internal review.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (or diploma with experience).
  • Basic working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • Familiarity with fleet systems or willingness to learn.
