An established industry player is seeking a skilled Fit-Out Supervisor to lead on-site activities for interior projects. In this dynamic role, you will oversee all fit-out operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Supervise and manage all fit-out activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor work progress, quality control, and adherence to specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings to guide site teams accordingly.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce proper safety measures on-site.
Plan and allocate tasks to the workforce, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, material usage, and progress reports.
Assist in procurement, logistics, and material handling to prevent project delays.
Provide technical guidance and training to workers as needed.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor or in a similar role in interior fit-out projects.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot site issues and provide effective solutions.
Certifications: Health & Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management tools is an advantage.
Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.
