Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all fit-out activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor work progress, quality control, and adherence to specifications, drawings, and safety standards.

• Read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings to guide site teams accordingly.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce proper safety measures on-site.

• Plan and allocate tasks to the workforce, ensuring productivity and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, material usage, and progress reports.

• Assist in procurement, logistics, and material handling to prevent project delays.

• Provide technical guidance and training to workers as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor or in a similar role in interior fit-out projects.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

• Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot site issues and provide effective solutions.

• Certifications: Health & Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus.

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management tools is an advantage.

• Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.
