We are looking for an energetic and certified Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized training programs, guiding clients on fitness and nutrition, and ensuring a safe and motivating workout environment.
Responsibilities:
assess clients' fitness levels and create customized workout plans based on their goals
provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage to prevent injuries
motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness and health objectives
conduct group and one-on-one training sessions
track client progress and adjust training plans as needed
educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement their fitness goals
maintain a clean and safe workout environment
stay updated with the latest fitness trends and certifications
Requirements:
certification in personal training from a recognized organization (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
proven experience as a fitness trainer or personal trainer
strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition
excellent communication and motivational skills
ability to work with clients of all fitness levels
flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
