Rosewood Abu Dhabi seeks a Fitness Trainer to join our Spa & Recreation team. You will deliver personalized sessions, design programs, and help guests achieve wellness goals while upholding Forbes Five-Star standards.

Collaborate with spa, recreation, and wellness colleagues to provide exceptional, individualized experiences in a luxury setting, ensuring safety, professionalism and outstanding guest care.

Qualifications

• Certification in personal training or related fitness credential.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or fitness environments.
• Strong knowledge of exercise technique and safe training practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized fitness assessments and sessions aligned with guest goals.
• Design and adjust programs focusing on weight management, strength, flexibility and wellbeing.
• Provide guidance on equipment use and safe exercise execution.
• Monitor progress and keep training engaging and effective.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the fitness center.

THE TEAM

At Rosewood Abu Dhabi, our Spa & Recreation team is dedicated to creating exceptional wellness experiences that inspire guests to relax, recharge, and thrive. As a Fitness Trainer, you will work closely with the Spa & Recreation team and report directly to the Supervisor / Assistant Spa Manager. Together, you will deliver personalized fitness experiences, maintain world-class facilities, and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality, wellness, and guest care.

YOUR ROLE

As a Fitness Trainer, you will create meaningful wellness journeys that help guests and members achieve their fitness goals while experiencing the unmatched service standards of Rosewood Abu Dhabi. Through personalized training sessions, expert fitness guidance, and genuine guest engagement, you will contribute to the overall guest experience and support the success of our Spa & Recreation operations. Your role will involve collaborating with colleagues across the spa, recreation, and wellness teams to deliver memorable, individualized experiences that embody Forbes Five-Star and LQA standards.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver personalized fitness assessments and training sessions that support guests' individual wellness goals.
• Design customized fitness programs tailored to objectives such as weight management, strength development, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
• Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques and equipment usage, ensuring every workout is safe, effective, and engaging.
• Monitor guest progress, adapt fitness programs as needed, and motivate guests throughout their wellness journey.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the fitness center, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Promote personal training services and fitness memberships through genuine, personalized recommendations that enhance the guest experience.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You are passionate about fitness, wellbeing, and helping others achieve their personal health goals.
• You have experience working in a luxury hospitality, wellness, or fitness environment where guest service is a top priority.
• You hold a recognized certification in personal training, fitness instruction, exercise science, or a related field.
• You possess strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise programming, and safe training practices.
• You are an excellent communicator who builds rapport easily and delivers engaging, personalized experiences.
• You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and high service standards.
