Job Description

A Fitness Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling gym memberships, personal training programs, and other fitness-related services. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to build relationships with potential and existing clients. The consultant will play a key role in driving revenue for the gym or fitness center by understanding client needs and offering personalized fitness solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and attract new members through outreach, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Conduct tours of the fitness facility and explain membership benefits to prospective clients.
• Understand client fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership and training packages.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by converting prospects into active members.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and upgrades.
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in promotional events, open houses, and social media campaigns to drive awareness.
