Job Description:

1. Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of the facility’s members.
2. Ensure staff provide high-quality services to members and maintain a positive work environment.
3. Organize classes, workshops, and fitness challenges to engage members and improve participation.
4. Develop strategies to increase member retention and attract new clients.

Qualifications:

1. 38 years old and below
2. Minimum of 3 years in fitness industry
3. Certification in a Group Fitness is highly beneficial
4. Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role, especially within a gym or fitness center
