Recreation Professional - Fitness Instructor

We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Recreation professionals eager to advance their careers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Organize and supervise regular fitness activities and events to enhance member enjoyment and stay competitive.
2. Develop and maintain safe, effective fitness procedures, programs, and activities, ensuring proper practice at all times.
3. Coordinate aerobics and exercise programs, optimize studio usage, and introduce new ideas to increase revenue.
4. Develop and oversee children’s activities, such as 'Fit Kids.'
5. Supervise cleaning and maintenance of the fitness center, ensuring standards are met and equipment is in good condition.
6. Understand club facilities, membership fees, and additional services like coaching, massage, and aerobics.
7. Be familiar with club rules and regulations, and manage guest applications for memberships.
8. Understand club policies and operate the micros computer system for billing services.
9. Assist the Recreation Manager in achieving membership targets through the 'Bodylines Marketing Plan.'
