Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and customer-centric Fitness Education & Career Specialist to help drive sales for our Fitness Based education products for MEFITPRO.

This role has 5 primary elements:

  1. Drive new sales by generating new leads for our International Certified Personal Training Course and Group Exercise Leaders certification.
  2. Sell Fitness Specializations for qualified Personal Trainers, Coaches, Medical & Group Exercise specialists. Tailor annual learning pathways for already qualified Fitness professionals looking to upgrade their skills and add value to their clients through online or live specializations.
  3. Provide Technical Analysis for Clubs or Personal Training Groups based on current Personal Trainer specialties and areas of expertise. Identify gaps and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Manage student retention by understanding students/customers and providing the best possible education products for them.
  5. Efficient administration: Collecting data is a key element of this role, and quality administration is crucial for day-to-day processes like uploading data into our systems to support customer communication and having the flexibility to assist in additional admin requirements when needed.

Experience and Skills Required:

  1. 2-3 years of sales experience.
  2. Customer service oriented and focused.
  3. Comfortable on the phone and in face-to-face meetings.
  4. Fitness enthusiast, ideally qualified in some form of fitness certification or eager to learn as much as possible about fitness certification. We are a fitness company and expect our staff to walk the walk.
  5. Ability to build relationships quickly.
  6. Quick learner and open to feedback.
  7. Task oriented and able to follow a step-by-step process well.
  8. Good English written and speaking skills.
  9. UAE valid driver's license and car is an advantage.
  10. Arabic written and speaking skills are advantageous.
