Job Title: Personal Fitness Coach

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Fitness Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, capable of designing and implementing personalized workout plans, and committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. This role requires a strong understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and motivation techniques to ensure clients remain engaged and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' fitness levels, goals, and health conditions.
  2. Design customized workout and nutrition plans tailored to individual client needs.
  3. Provide one-on-one or group fitness coaching sessions.
  4. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits.
  5. Track client progress, adjust training programs accordingly, and provide continuous motivation.
  6. Maintain a positive, energetic, and encouraging training environment.
  7. Ensure the safety of clients during workouts and provide modifications as needed.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, new workout techniques, and certifications.
  9. Promote fitness services and build a strong client base.

Requirements:

  1. Certification in Fitness Coach/Gym Trainer.
  2. Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach.
  3. Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy.
  4. Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  6. First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
