Overview

We are a growing construction/fit-out company delivering high-quality interior and finishing projects across the UAE. We are looking for an experienced Fit-out Foreman to join our team and oversee day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities related to interior fit-out works (partition, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, etc.).
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Assign tasks and guide site workers, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Monitor materials, tools, and manpower requirements on-site.
• Enforce health, safety, and company regulations on the site.
• Report progress, issues, and site updates to the Project Manager/Engineer.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Fit-out Foreman in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of interior works, finishing, and construction practices.
• Ability to read drawings and execute works accordingly.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
