Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality fit out projects in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Senior Project Engineers and Site Managers looking to progress are considered.
• Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in managing, and overseeing interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Monitor site progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Review and manage project documentation, contracts, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
