Urgent Requirement: FIS Balance Sheet Manager - Banking Domain (Home Finance Experience)

Location: Dubai

Notice Period: Immediate Only

Experience: 7-12 years

Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Implementation & Customization: Collaborate with users to gather financial reporting and balance sheet requirements. Customize the system to ensure efficient data processing and alignment with client needs.
  2. Financial Analysis & Reporting Support: Assist users in leveraging the system for balance sheet forecasting, liquidity management, and compliance reporting. Support the preparation of financial statements, accurate forecasting, stress testing, and risk assessments.
  3. Risk Management & Optimization: Utilize FIS Balance Sheet Manager tools to assess financial risks, manage liquidity, and optimize balance sheet structures. Support ALM strategies to enhance financial performance and improve risk management processes.
  4. System Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing system support, monitor performance, and ensure timely updates, patches, and upgrades. Troubleshoot issues related to data integration, functionality, and reporting.
  5. Training, Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct end-user training, develop user manuals, and create best practice guides. Provide insights into system capabilities to maximize software utilization.
  6. Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with users to understand evolving needs. Serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation and ongoing success.
