Job Description

We are seeking a First Line Sales Manager for our APJMEA team, passionate about the success of clients and Account Executives. This leadership role involves developing and executing strategies for complex enterprise deals.

The ideal candidate knows how to build trusting relationships and partner with Account Executives to maximize their success.

You will be part of the APJMEA leadership team, overseeing all Sales Operations within your territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a strong sales strategy in collaboration with the APJMEA leadership team
  • Coaching Account Executives on strategy to maximize sales success
  • Overseeing sales strategy, setting goals and quotas, reviewing metrics and reports, and improving sales processes
  • Driving the sales organization to high performance and achieving stretch goals
  • Coordinating territory and account planning, pipeline reviews, and action plans to meet/exceed targets
  • Hiring and developing a world-class sales team to support growth
  • Advocating for our clients' success in achieving business value from Copperleaf solutions
  • Contributing to and shaping the company culture
  • Completing annual sales incentive and compensation plans
  • Guiding the evolution of sales methodology and enablement tools
  • Developing industry and product knowledge within the team
  • Collaborating with external partners and internal teams to generate more business
