Job description

• Experience with fire safety inspections audits and compliance tracking
• Proficiency in developing and managing digital inspection tools and dashboards
• Familiarity with UAE fire safety regulations and international standards (e.g. NFPA OSHA)
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment engaging with teams from operations facilities HR and leadership.
• Experience in developing and managing inspection tools safety checklists and digital tracking systems.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for creating a culture of safety and accountability

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in engineering HSE or Fire Safety
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong strategic thinking skills to proactively identify risks and implement effective safety measures.

• Ability to analyze safety data identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional programs from planning through execution ensuring timely and effective implementation aligned with organizational goals.
