Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and present customized fire protection system proposals that meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our engineering team to ensure all designs comply with regulations and fulfill client needs throughout the proposal lifecycle.

• Key Responsibilities
• Proposal Development: Create and present tailored fire protection system proposals based on client inquiries.
• Collaboration: Work alongside the engineering team to guarantee designs meet compliance regulations and client specifications.
• Project Management: Oversee the proposal process from initial inquiry through submission and follow-up.
• Client Engagement: Understand client fire safety requirements and provide expert recommendations on suitable system solutions.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for proposed systems.
• Design Utilization: Use CAD software to aid in the design and layout of fire protection systems.
• Reporting: Regularly update management on project status, client feedback, and market trends.
  Candidate Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in inside sales or proposal engineering within the fire protection industry.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with fire codes and standards, including NFPA and local regulations.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret technical data and client needs effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CAD software and other relevant design tools for fire protection systems.
