Job summary

Naffco Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Fire Protection projects within the UAE construction sector. The role interfaces with engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant and timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills, with knowledge of Fire Detection, Suppression, Alarm, and ESD systems. PRINCE2/PMP qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or recognised qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection) or related discipline.
• Project management experience delivering Fire Protection or similar engineering projects for critical infrastructure or construction sector.
• Proficiency with MS Office and common project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for Fire Protection Systems, from planning through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, procurement, and site installation personnel.
• Manage project risks, identify issues, and mitigate technical or logistical challenges.
• Maintain close communication with clients, provide regular progress updates, and manage change requests.
• Ensure documentation, permits, and certifications are obtained and reviewed for execution.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to manage quality and delivery schedules.
