Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Fire Protection Estimator in the United Arab Emirates to analyze project blueprints, quantify fire and safety system requirements, and develop comprehensive cost estimates. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field, NICET certification, 3+ years of estimating experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• NICET certification in relevant fire protection areas.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience estimating fire and safety systems for commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Proven expertise in reading and interpreting complex architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and scope of work to accurately quantify fire and safety system requirements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, and safety equipment.
• Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors for specialized fire and safety components and services.
• Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including bill of quantities, technical proposals, and pricing breakdowns.
