Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or MEP
• Strong knowledge of firefighting and fire protection systems
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D firefighting BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Model fire protection systems including sprinkler, hydrant, hose reels, pumps, tanks, and related piping.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, layouts, sections, details, and installation drawings.
• Coordinate firefighting systems with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, architectural, and structural services.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and project requirements before developing the BIM model.
