Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an Engineer for IID&FACP Services in Dubai to oversee certification projects and performance testing across UL and EN standards. You will analyze scope and hardware, set up test programs, and guide technicians while preparing technical reports for clients.

You will coordinate with customers worldwide, support sales in offering solutions, and manage project plans with regular updates to management.

Qualifications

Experience with certification processes.
Project management skills (time management, Gantt).
Meticulous, careful approach to work and critical questioning of steps.
Broad technical and project-related knowledge.
Confident in presenting to customers, employees, service providers, management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage certification projects and performance testing.
Coordinate with customers, sales, and laboratories.
Create project plans and regular management reports.
Plan tests in internal and external laboratories and coordinate with global labs.
Travel to customer sites or external labs for witness tests (up to ~25%).
Produce accurate documentation and support audits.
Engage with management to identify improvement opportunities and mentor new colleagues.
Expand customer contact and network to deliver best service.
