Job summary

MarketsVox in Dubai is seeking its first dedicated Talent Acquisition lead to build the function from the ground up, spanning sourcing strategy, employer branding, ATS setup and executive search.

You will partner with the CEO, CCO and heads to recruit across sales, tech, finance, compliance, and operations across SEA, LATAM, MENA, and Europe.

This high-autonomy role offers growth to head of TA and a direct line to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in talent acquisition, fintech/financial services preferred.
• Experience hiring across commercial, tech, and compliance.
• Hands-on sourcer who actively sources candidates.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build MarketsVox's talent acquisition function from the ground up.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across departments.
• Partner with CEO, CCO, and heads to define requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, fintech communities.
• Manage and optimize ATS; pipelines, reporting.
• Lay groundwork to grow and lead a TA team.
