Job summary

NEXT Ventures in Dubai seeks a seasoned engineering leader to own the end-to-end payment journey across FundedNext, FNmarkets and FNPay, including wallet, card issuance and crypto payments. You will guide multiple engineering squads, embed AI-native workflows, and drive compliance, resilience and growth in fintech and trading domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering with 3+ in payment/fintech leadership.
• Expertise in PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Next.js and PSP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payment journey across FundedNext, FNmarkets, and FNPay.
• Lead multiple engineering squads and embed AI-native workflows to accelerate delivery.
• Drive PSP integrations, payout systems, and settlement engines with audit trails.
