This executive role requires deep operational expertise outstanding leadership and a strong track record in process optimisation cross-border operations and high-performance team management. The COO will spearhead the implementation of advanced systems automation and AI to achieve strategic goals and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations ensuring seamless process flow and best-in-class efficiency across all departments.
Lead the design implementation and optimisation of operational processes leveraging AI and automation technologies.
Build manage and mentor a self-driven high-performance team focused on results and continuous improvement.
Drive cross-border operations ensuring compliance and effectiveness in multiple jurisdictions.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks using data-driven analysis and innovative solutions.
