Qualifications

10-12 years in finance and accounting with 5+ years in a leadership role in fintech/ startups.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certifications preferred.
Deep knowledge of UAE regulations, IFRS, VAT, and compliance requirements.
Advanced skills in financial software (MS Dynamics, SAP, QuickBooks), Excel, and modeling; Power BI a plus.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication for senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive financial excellence and implement controls.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial operations: AP, AR, cash management, and reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and working capital readiness.
Ensure accurate, timely IFRS-based accounting and regulatory compliance.
Lead monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting with insights for leadership.
Coordinate external audits and maintain audit-ready processes.
Develop internal controls, risk management, and process improvements.
