Innovo Group seeks a skilled supervisor to lead crews engaged in industrial, commercial and residential building works. You will command skilled labour, ensure safe, efficient execution, and coordinate with foremen and other departments.

The role emphasizes planning, reading method statements and drawings, managing tools and materials, and upholding HSE and quality standards. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Qualificações

• Minimum High School Certificate.
• 3-5 years significant Industrial, commercial, residential construction experience.
• Knowledge of related trade field.
• Must have successfully become a master tradesman in related field as necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise skilled labour and work crews in project trades.
• Read, interpret and follow method statements, drawings and related documentation.
• Ensure tools, equipment and materials are available; prevent wastage.
• Comply with HSE and Quality standards; report incidents.
• Drive innovation and cost-effective improvements without compromising quality.

Job Description

Role Purpose

Supervise and lead crews/workers engaged in Industrial, Commercial and Residential building works

Key Accountabilities

Leadership and Workforce Supervision

• Lead and control skilled labour and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the works aspects of the project in various trades
• Command respect of his workforce and develop excellent working relationships with all other department personnel.
• Convey instructions in an efficient and effective way to his workforce.
• Lead and supervise workers engaged in the construction of Industrial, Commercial and Residential buildings and other trade works and assists the trade foreman in the coordination and performance or related activities.

Work Planning, Procedures and Documentation

• Demonstrate good organizational skills, following policies, procedures and work practices.
• Read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, drawings and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.

Tools, Equipment and Material Control

• Ensures that work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials.
• Prevents wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.

HSE and Quality Accountabilities:

• Comply with company HSE and Sustainability policies and contribute to maintaining a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace.
• Adhere to Quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.
• Report HSE incidents/violations etc. to superiors on time
• Strict adherence of legal requirements
