Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional table service for formal meals, including proper setting, serving, and clearing of dishes
2. Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience
3. Assist in menu planning and preparation in collaboration with chefs or culinary teams
4. Ensure all dining areas are impeccably maintained and presented
5. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of food and wine pairings, offering recommendations to guests
6. Handle all special requests or dietary restrictions with professionalism
7. Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and effective service

Qualifications

1. Previous experience as a Fine Dining Waiter or in a similar upscale hospitality role
2. Strong knowledge of fine dining practices and etiquette
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
6. Wine knowledge and ability to suggest pairings is preferred
7. Flexible schedule with the willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
