Atlantis The Royal is seeking a skilled Restaurant Captain to join the team at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. You'll supervise service, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Captain role.
• Proven track record in fine dining or celebrity-chef-branded restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills in high-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of British dining culture, service etiquette, and gastronomy.
• Proficient in restaurant systems and fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain Heston Blumenthal's service standards and ensure staff deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervise and train the service team, conducting briefings and coaching sessions.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and handle complaints.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the food and beverage menu, offering tailored recommendations.
• Coordinate with culinary and bar teams for timely order delivery.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and operational reports.
