We coordinate touring exhibitions, transport individual works or entire collections, all while maintaining the highest standards of care – ensuring art is transported safely worldwide.

Crown Fine Art is seeking a full-time Art Technician to join our team based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, professional, and diverse team with a proven track record of success.

As an Art Technician, your primary responsibilities will include the safe handling, transportation, and possibly installation of artworks, antiques, and high-end furniture.

Your duties will include:

• Handling, packing, and transporting artworks with exceptional care.
• Safely wrapping and packing artworks, antiques, and high-end items.
• Prioritizing the safety of property and personnel at all times.
• Carrying out routine condition reporting.
• Ensuring all property is accounted for during transport and storage.
• Adhering to deadlines for installations, de-installations, exhibitions, and transport.
• Maintaining a high level of personal presentation and complying with safety procedures.
• Completing relevant training and refresher courses as required.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Experience in packing, wrapping, and handling artworks and antiques.
• Previous experience as an Art Technician or Art Handler.
• Technical skills from related fields such as cabinetry or furniture manufacturing.
• Valid driving license and ability to operate at least a 3-tonne truck.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to ensure security and safety of client property.
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and comfortably.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
