JOB TITLE

Financial Reporting & Analysis Lead | MAF Global Solutions | Finance

ROLE SUMMARY

The FR&A Lead is responsible for supporting financial analysis, KPI tracking, monthly business review dashboards, forecasting, and planning to drive informed decisions and optimize the organization's financial resources.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Prepare monthly management reports for each country.
2. Submit monthly results in reporting tools for group reporting and consolidation across all countries.
3. Develop monthly management analysis packs and KPI dashboards for senior management in each country.
4. Assist in quarterly forecast preparations and submissions to the group.
5. Contribute to budget preparation and discussions with functions and OPCOs.
6. Maintain monthly chargeback trackers for OPCOs and provide details as needed.
7. Monitor and analyze monthly cost center reports.
8. Develop and track metrics to measure improvements over time, including ratio and trend analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CIMA/ACCA/CA qualifications preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting within a large corporate environment.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Good understanding of emerging technology trends and shared services leading practices.
