Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Planning Manager to join our finance team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning processes, developing budget models, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to support key business decisions. This role will contribute to driving the company's financial success by providing insights and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring alignment with company goals.
3. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
4. Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying key trends, variances, and risks.
5. Develop and implement effective financial models to support business forecasting and scenario planning.
6. Collaborate with other departments to understand business performance and recommend cost-saving strategies.
7. Prepare and manage financial presentations for board meetings and investors.
8. Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business growth initiatives and investment opportunities.
9. Evaluate financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
10. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles, preferably in the UAE.
3. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
4. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Excel).
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
6. Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
7. Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards in the UAE.
8. Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
