Job summary

A leading company in financial messaging solutions is hiring a Financial Messaging Expert. You will manage client portfolios, onboard new clients onto the SWIFT platform, and provide ongoing support. Ideal candidates have 3 to 7 years of experience in SWIFT connectivity solutions and a strong knowledge of financial messaging protocols.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are hiring!

DiXiO is on a mission to innovate financial messaging, and now, you can be part of it too!

We are looking for a Financial Messaging Expert who will help us make our clients happy identifying their need, onboarding them on our platform & answering any of their requests regarding Financial Messaging solutions.

Things you will do:

You ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customers.

Onboard new customers

Attend clients' meetings during pre-sales stage

Determine customer requirements and goals of his target SWIFT infrastructure

Define the scope of the project, plan timelines, set deadlines

Help the customer in the technical set-up of its SWIFT platform

Coordinate end-to-end tests

Provide reporting to management about progress, risks & mitigations

Support existing customers

Provide client support on their Financial Messaging / SWIFT related queries

Answer to Jira tickets within given SLA

Train customer staff on how to use SWIFT / our platform

Help identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients

Occasionally, travel to client locations to collaborate with their teams

In parallel, you ll play a key role internally to help DiXiO grow:

Participate in Brainstorming Sessions related to Strategic Initiatives at the company

Participate in Continuous Improvement Process by sharing ideas for improvement

Work with Sales Team & IT Team to imagine future products & services

Provide guidance and mentoring for new employees and/or colleagues in other departments

Deliver training for internal teams

Things that you need to succeed on this job:

3 7 years of experience in the field

Strong knowledge of SWIFT connectivity solutions & other SWIFT services

Strong knowledge of Financial Messaging protocols: SwiftNet, API, Host to Host

Strong knowledge of MT and MX (ISO20022) messages

Good understanding of the financial industry ecosystem

Proficient in English (any other language is a plus)
