About You

Are you a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for accounts and payroll? We are looking for an experienced Financial Director to join our Dubai office. In this role, you will take a proactive lead in managing all finance-related responsibilities, including global month-end reporting and bank reconciliations across our group of companies.

You will ensure that payroll and other financial functions are delivered for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals
  • Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and journals
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Full compliance with UAE tax laws, including VAT filing and reporting?
  • Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts regularly
  • Manage invoices and administration tasks
  • Generating month-end reports and statements
  • Manage vendor payments and issue checks
  • Ensure organisational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage all financial matters internally in the Dubai office
  • Handle employee benefits and deductions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant accounting qualification is essential
  • 3 + years of experience
  • Basic Knowledge of Xero software is preferred
  • High accuracy and attention to detail

Salary

AED 12,000 - 18,000 per month
