A leading multinational group is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to oversee financial operations across its GCC and African markets. This leadership role is based in Dubai offers significant strategic exposure, reporting directly to the Group CFO, and involves oversight of budgeting, reporting, tax, compliance, and financial performance across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role

• Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and audit readiness across multiple jurisdictions
• Driving financial performance analysis and cost optimisation initiatives
• Managing tax strategy, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Supporting M&A integration, commercial pricing, and liquidity management
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
• Governing risk management processes across business units

The Person

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not hold this designation.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles
• Proven expertise in IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations across GCC and African markets
• Strong command of Oracle, Hyperion, BI tools, and advanced Excel
• Demonstrated success in financial transformation, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence at executive level
• Committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement
