Job summary
LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Professional Services Consultant to deliver Financial Crime Compliance solutions across EMEA. Based in Dubai, you will combine technical implementation, functional analysis and stakeholder management from planning through training and handover.
You will install, configure and validate enterprise software, work with SQL/Oracle databases, and use cloud tech including Kubernetes, Helm and Dapr.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in technical consulting or similar role.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise software in customer environments.
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Customer and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Financial services or FCC experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer engagement across projects, including risks and escalations.
- Lead workshops, discussions and solution reviews with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into practical FCC solutions using Firco.
- Install, configure, integrate and validate enterprise software.
- Support testing, troubleshooting and handover with cross‑functional teams.
- Contribute to scoping, SOWs and pre‑sales activities.
