Position

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER / BUSINESS ANALYST

Christian Dior Couture Middle East is looking for an experienced and talented Financial Controller to reinforce the Controlling team based in Dubai. This role offers a dynamic work environment and exciting projects. The position reports directly to the Head of Financial Controlling.

Job Responsibilities

As Financial Controller, you will analyze the performance of specific stores and markets. Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering accurate financial statements and reports (Sales, Opex, Operating profit, Stock KPI) timely, in compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
• Providing Zone General Manager & CFO with analytical comments on main variances versus budget and previous year.
• Elaborating sales forecasts in coordination with Retail Managers (Budget & 3Y plan, ad hoc reviews).
• Monitoring Marketing and Communication investments.
• Investigating Opex overspends and deviations from budget, providing recommendations for remediation and improvement.
• Conducting ad hoc analyses and preparing business reviews.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of controlling/finance experience in multinational and large-scale companies; retail industry experience is preferred.
