The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in the aviation or manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include monitoring WIP, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting processes. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is required. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Track key financial indicators and variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Financial Analysis
  • Conduct regular performance analysis (margins, costs, variances, profitability, etc.).
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
  • Support decision-making with ad hoc analysis and scenario planning.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to consolidate financial planning inputs.
  • Monitor actuals vs. budgets and recommend corrective measures.
• Cost Control & Process Improvement
  • Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures.
  • Monitor cost structures and drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
  • Promote financial discipline and awareness across the organization.
• Compliance & Audit Support
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s, CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in financial control, reporting, or analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and cost control.
• Prior experience in aviation, MRO, or manufacturing industries preferred.
