Position Title: Financial Controller

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 35K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE

About the Client: An international group of high-end restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

1. Protect and strengthen competitive advantage by advocating and supporting sound business and financial decision making. Advises the GM and headquarter on existing and evolving operating/financial issues.
2. Forecasts sales against expenses (F&B Costs/Wages/ Operating expenses) and creates annual budget plans and Business plans.
3. Ensuring compliance with local/international accounting rules and company standards; Justification of income statement and balance sheet; support for the monthly closing process; Control of bank reconciliation reports and intercompany reconciliation reports; preparation of VAT returns.
4. Daily management of bank accounts, weekly payment cycles, management of relations with our bank.

Qualifications:

1. Open to European nationals, from 40 years and below
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the F&B or Hospitality Industry
4. Must be proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and other finance-related software tools
