Job summary

Binance Dubai is seeking a senior Finance Manager to lead accounting, reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across the UAE operations. You will prepare monthly/quarterly financials, manage local tax filings, and liaise with auditors while ensuring adherence to VARA/ADGM and other local rules.

Strong Excel skills and independence are required in a fast-paced global team. The role involves building banking relationships, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economics/business administration.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards.
• 6 years of experience in finance, banking, funds or crypto sectors.
• Familiar with local laws and regulations of financial/trading industries.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.

• Oversee banking relations and account management across banks.

Responsibilities

• The expected tasks will be but not limited to:
• Preparation of financial statements and reporting as per the local laws and regulations
• Perform local tax assessments preparations and reporting as per the local laws requirements and regulations
• Manage the procedures process controls and account management for the business capital funding and loan agreements.
• Build and manage banking relationships for the business across local and international banks.
• Perform financial analytical reviews revenue and budget management and business financial reporting with internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with external auditors or internally with compliance/audit functions where needed.
• Take the lead on any finance-related functional requirements.
• Good understanding of Crypto accounting and regulatory reporting requirements of VARA SCA and ADGM.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare pricing analysis for the management to make timing decision on product pricing.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Develop monthly quarterly and annual management reports to provide insights into financial performance trends and variances.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements including preparing and submitting reports to regulatory authorities including FATCA/CRS.
• Help management Identify the area of business and operations improvement to bring efficiency to the processes.
• Supervise the Banking payments payable receivable and reconciliations.
• Preparation of cash forecast and periodic review of actual vs forecasted numbers.
• Identify the risks to the business and propose solutions to the management to mitigate the risks.
• Analyze market trends and competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economic/business administration) is a must
• Great knowledge of local accounting( ACCA/ ACA is a plus)
• 6 years experience in a relevant position in the financial or banking industry fund management firms trading firms crypto firms treasury/liquidity function or similar
• Familiar with local laws and regulations of the financial and trading industry
• Experienced and knowledgeable of accounting software payroll procedures and management systems
• Independent self-motivated and have the spirit to expand the financial function of the business
• Advanced working knowledge of google sheet and MS excel
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to stick to time constraints and deliver exceptional results
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a global team across 3 continents
