Job summary

Human Craft in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Leader to manage the full financial function including accounting, reporting and compliance in line with UAE regulations.

The role requires 10+ years in finance, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, English fluency, and leadership of a finance team to deliver robust internal controls and strategic insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, ideally within industrial, project management, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international and UAE financial standards and regulations.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on and proactive approach to financial management.
