Financial Communications Senior Director Across M&A, IPO and Capital Markets Activity

We are seeking a Senior Director of Financial Communications with deep expertise in transaction communications, capital markets storytelling, and investor-facing messaging. You will play a critical role in supporting strategic financial initiatives, partnering closely with C-suite leaders and the cross-functional teams in communications and marketing.

Responsibilities: M&A, IPO and Disclosure Communications

1. Develop and execute financial communications strategies for M&A, IPO readiness, quarterly results, and capital markets events.
2. Manage the company’s financial communications calendar to align messaging with reporting and regulatory cycles.
3. Create high-impact materials including press releases, investor decks, leadership speeches, Q&As, and capital markets updates.
4. Provide strategic counsel to leadership during sensitive and high-value corporate activities.
5. Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, investor relations, and external advisors.
6. Monitor market sentiment, competitor activity, and media coverage to inform proactive positioning.

Experience and Financial Communications Expertise

• Experience in financial communications, investor relations, capital markets advisory, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial narratives in listed or IPO-ready businesses.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, especially around financial data and corporate strategy.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, disclosure regulations, and media handling in high-stakes environments.
• Experience supporting leadership at the highest level in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Global outlook; experience in international markets and cross-border transactions is advantageous.
