Giga Energy recherche un analyste en investissements immobilier pour développer la stratégie d'investissement. Vous réaliserez des analyses de marché, construirez des modèles financiers et rédiger des recommandations pour la direction. Ce poste requiert une maîtrise du russe et de solides compétences en modélisation financière. Format de travail proposé est à distance avec potentielle relocalisation à Dubaï.

Qualifications

• 2-3 ans d'expérience en investissements ou analyse.
• Maîtrise du russe (écrit et verbal), anglais au moins niveau B1.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Strategy:

• Participate in the development of the Real Estate investment strategy
• Conduct market analysis by country and asset class to support investment decision-making
• Monitor and analyse the pipeline of potential Real Estate projects (residential, commercial, hotel, mixed-use).
• Build and maintain robust financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling) for investment evaluation and decision-making.
• Prepare teasers, investment memoranda and internal approval documents with clear investment theses, risks, mitigants, and recommendations.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on existing real estate investments, including performance tracking against business plans.
• Support due diligence processes, including legal, financial, technical and operational analysis in coordination with internal teams and external advisors.
  
  

Requirements & Terms

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in investments or analysis.
• Experience working with Real Estate markets is a strong advantage.
• Solid skills in financial reporting, analysis, modelling and preparation of presentations.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and establish financial processes with minimal supervision.
• Full professional fluency in Russian (both written and verbal); English at least B1 level.
• Work format: remote, with possible business trips to Dubai and potential relocation in the future.
