Job summary

The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) seeks a detail-oriented Financial Analyst – Budgeting & Reporting to join its Office of Finance. The role supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, strengthening systems, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include ERP-enabled processes with Oracle and Banner, financial dashboards, variance analysis, and collaboration with departments to monitor performance and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Professional qualifications ACA/ACCA/CPA/CMA are preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting, reporting and budgeting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial information for management decisions.
• Support ERP-enabled finance processes including Oracle and Banner.
• Help standardize Finance processes and implement controls.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports.
