Job summary

The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst – Budgeting & Reporting to join its Office of Finance. The role supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while strengthening ERP-enabled finance processes and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include developing dashboards, ensuring timely financial information, and collaborating across departments to monitor performance and drive improvements in budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Professional qualifications ACA/ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and timely availability of financial information for management decisions.
• Assist ERP-enabled finance processes including Oracle and Banner.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports for management.
• Monitor financial data across systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budgetary controls, forecasting and variance analysis.
