Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The role will focus on financial modeling, reporting, and analysis to support investment decisions, business performance tracking, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuations for group and portfolio companies
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on performance trends
• Support investment appraisals, feasibility studies, and M&A due diligence
• Develop dashboards and management reports for senior leadership
• Assist in preparing board packs and investor presentations
• Perform industry and competitor research to support decision-making
• Collaborate with accounting and business development teams for consolidated reporting
• Identify process improvements and support implementation of financial systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
