Job Description

WSP Middle East has an immediate full-time position for a Financial Analyst, based in Dubai / Sharjah, working in close coordination with the Financial Consolidation Manager and the wider finance team for the Middle East.

This role involves reviewing Business Performance, consolidating Budgets and Forecasts, performing variance analysis, and assisting the Central Finance and Commercial Finance teams in critical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and consolidation support for WSP Middle East, including monthly management reporting with review of performance by business unit, country, and entity level.
• Help the business identify key drivers of performance along with risk and opportunity assessments.
• Analyze major projects and consolidated KPI metrics – Management Reports / Monthly & Quarterly Business Packs.
• Support the implementation of tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights.
• Assist in budgeting and quarterly forecasting exercises.
• Support balance sheet reviews for internal control, governance, and audits.

Qualifications

• CFA/CPA/CA with at least 3-4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in Professional Services, Consulting, or Engineering industries.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Solid understanding of general financial analysis concepts.
• Strong technical, analytical, and systems skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting/consolidation tools like Hyperion.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
