About the Role

Our client, a well-established business setup company in Sharjah, is looking for a Financial Analyst with 2+ years of strong experience in Advanced Excel. The role is focused on preparing reports, analyzing data, and supporting business operations with accurate financial and operational insights rather than deep financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to revenues, expenses, and client accounts.
  • Use advanced Excel (PivotTables, PivotCharts, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF, etc.) to create dashboards and automate reporting processes.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting with basic financial analysis.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (sales, costs, profitability).
  • Assist management in decision-making by providing timely and accurate data reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a data analysis / reporting role.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (must-have).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
