Job description

  • Reconcile information from system such as sales purchases, sales reports and production reports to the weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Report the company’s weekly achievement for Volume & Sales by Product, Market and Source.
  • Analyze weekly profit and loss by Product, Market and Source.
  • Prepare monthly management reports for the company’s products.
  • Monthly analysis for overhead cost and benchmark vs Budget.
  • Perform variance analysis of Products, Markets and Source versus Forecast and Plan.
  • Monitor the performance of each product and suggest solutions for profit and performance enhancement.
  • Participate in the preparation of the yearly Plan.
  • Prepare Plan booklet with clear assumptions and local Presentations.
  • Prepare and submit P&Ls.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate reporting guidelines.

  • Background of accounting
  • Understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, accruals and pre-paid
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to overview accounts and see that there is a problem
