Job description
- Reconcile information from system such as sales purchases, sales reports and production reports to the weekly and monthly management reports.
- Report the company’s weekly achievement for Volume & Sales by Product, Market and Source.
- Analyze weekly profit and loss by Product, Market and Source.
- Prepare monthly management reports for the company’s products.
- Monthly analysis for overhead cost and benchmark vs Budget.
- Perform variance analysis of Products, Markets and Source versus Forecast and Plan.
- Monitor the performance of each product and suggest solutions for profit and performance enhancement.
- Participate in the preparation of the yearly Plan.
- Prepare Plan booklet with clear assumptions and local Presentations.
- Prepare and submit P&Ls.
- Ensure adherence to corporate reporting guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Background of accounting
- Understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, accruals and pre-paid
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to overview accounts and see that there is a problem
- Ability to report to management
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Excellent communication skills in English
