ADNEC Group is seeking a talented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is essential in supporting financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions
2. Prepare financial reports in compliance with IFRS standards
3. Support activities related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
4. Handle ad hoc reporting requests accurately and efficiently
5. Manage workload under pressure and tight deadlines

Key Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and IFRS standards
2. Proven ability in financial analysis and reporting
3. Experience or understanding of M&A activities
4. Excellent time management and stress-handling skills
5. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
6. 5+ years of experience in a similar financial role
7. CMA or CPA certification is an added advantage
