Job Title: Assistant Manager – Budget & Control

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 20,000 – 22,000 per month + Benefits

A Tier 1 real estate development company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Budget & Control to join its high-performing finance team. This role is critical in supporting the business with robust budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial control processes across complex development portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of annual budgets, 5-year business plans, and projected financial statements
  • Perform monthly variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to business leaders
  • Support the development of budget policies, procedures, and reporting tools to ensure financial accuracy and governance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to collect, validate, and consolidate budgetary inputs from internal stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc budget reports to support senior management decision-making
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of budgeting and reporting systems, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (MBA, CMA, or CFA preferred)
  • 4–6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Strong exposure to real estate, construction, or project-based industries
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP system experience is a must
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
